during her transition, akari got comfortable with playing the guitar, so she decided to form a band with other students from her high school music class. they made aggressive punk music & published it online as 'trash panda', but did not gain many followers outside of their school. their only gigs were school talent shows, but writing & playing music brought them very close, so they formed a life long friendship from the band.when they got older, they started to get some notoriety, and they played some small shows opening for local bands. trash panda released their self titled debut album in 2018, followed by their second album 'trash heap' at the beginning of 2020. they went on hiatus during the covid-19 pandemic, and did not make new music until 2023.akari graduated from high school in 2020, and she spent the early months of the pandemic making guitar & vocal covers on her youtube channel. she got bored that she couldn't do anything after high school, so she decided to follow in her big brother's footsteps & start wrestling, since it was one of the few things that was open through the pandemic. she began training at the  world wonder ring stardom  dojo in 2021, and she graduated in 2022.akari had her debut match against tam nakano at  stardom 11th launching anniversary  on january 23rd, which she lost. she continued wrestling low down on the card, where she couldn't pick up any wins, but she still made it in to the 2022  cinderella tournament , where she lost to unagi sayaka in the 1st round.she made it to the 2022  5 star grand prix  qualifying league, where akari got her first singles wins in stardom when she defeated waka tsukiyama, then defeated rina, but she still did not advance from the tournament. she teamed up with megumi hoshiki in the 2022  goddesses of stardom tag league , who she had previously teamed with on new blood shows, but their combined effort was not enough to score any points.she teamed up with megumi hoshiki again for the  new blood tag team title tournament , where they made it to the finals this time, but they were beaten by starlight kid & karma. after that, akari entered the 2023  cinderella tournament , where she got knocked out by ami sohrei in the 1st round. after that, she challenged rina for the  future of stardom championship  at  new blood 9 , but she came up short.akari did not get a chance to qualify for the  5 star grand prix  this year, but she teamed up with megumi hoshiki in the 2023  goddesses of stardom tag league , where they scored 4 points in the red goddess block, but did not advance to the finals. at the start of the next year, takahashi made another challenge for the  future of stardom championship  at  13th anniversary supreme fight , where she beat rina on the 2nd anniversary of her stardom debut, and she won her first championship!akari made her 1st defese against miyu amasaki, then her 2nd against miran, before she competed in the 2024  cinderella tournament . she lost in the 1st round again to starlight kid, but she continued defending her title after, where she got wins over sayaka kurara, nanami, & ranna yagami.while she was champion, akari got to compete in her 1st ever  5 star grand prix  in 2024! she competed in the blue stars a block, where she got 4 points after defeating koguma & anna jay. after the tournament, akari defended her title one more time against aya sakura at  new blood 15 , before she was beaten by miyu amasaki at  nagoya golden fight  to end her reign.after losing the title, akari teamed up with megumi hoshiki again in the 2024  goddesses of stardom tag league , where they finished on 4 points in the red goddess block. she entered the 2025  cinderella tournament , where for the first time in her career, she made it out of the 1st round when she beat lady c! but she lost in the 2nd round to hanan, which cut her tournament run short.after the tournament, takahashi teamed up with neo genesis a couple times after suzu suzuki left the group, and she was invited to join the group as a full time member! she teamed up with neo genesis throughout 2025, before she competed in her 2nd  5 star grand prix . she wrestled in the red stars a block, where she got a new career high of 6 points, but still didn't make it out of the block.
